Requirements :

* 5 years or more of work experience in trading CPO futures markets
* Minimum of a BS/BA from top ten university
* Strong understanding of market forces and cash trade
* Strong ability to communicate and present at all levels
* Strong numerate and communication skills
* Ability to analyze fundamental data and articulate conclusions in a simple condense format
* Has the aptitude and knowledge to actively trade the front of the curve, taking forward financial basis to daily pricing, through financial derivatives and physical flows
* Ability to track record demonstrating consistent, self generated, net revenue
* Ability to analyze public and non-public supply and demand data in order to generate price and market expectations as well as forward supply projections.
* Ability to read market charts and understand technical indicators and their potential impacts to the market might be.
* Ability to understand the risk associated with market positions and expectations given the markets relative understanding of known and unknown events.
* Ability to source unknown market information through valuable market contacts and relationships.
* Willingness to work in Palembang
