Tanggung Jawab:
* Mengatur seluruh aktivitas tim penjualan agar mencapai target.
* Memimpin SDM tenaga penjual dan supportnya
* Mampu mengembangkan penjulan / bisnis diarea nya.
Persyaratan :
* Pria/wanitaUsia Max35 Tahun
* Pendidikan minimal D3
* Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di level Supervisor cabang di bidang penjualan goods/services
* Berorientasi pada hasil, berfikir dan bertindak detail, mampu bekerja dengan baik dibawah tekanan.
* Memiliki kemampuan memotivasi yang baik dan mampu membangun tim penjualan yang tangguh.
* Memiliki kemampuan memecahkan masalah, analisa dan negosiasi yang baik.
* Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal yang baik dan dapat menjalin komunikasi yang baik dengan seluruh staff dan distributor dari berbagai lapisan.
* Dapat menggunakan komputer, terutama menguasai MS Office.
* Mampu berbahasa mandarin & inggris lebih diutamakan

Territory Manager (F&B)
The position is a sales position, who will develop, service, and manage Ecolab business within one defined business area.
The responsibility will be:
* To understand customer operations, identify cleaning challenges and devise appropriate hygiene solutions to meet customer needs.
* To provide prompt, reliable and customer need service in order to develop partnerships and exceptional relationships.
* To prospects for new clients and accounts to achieve the company sales growth objectives.
Requirements :
* University degree in a related field, such as chemical engineering, food technology.
* Min 1-3 years experience in beverage or food Industry, preferably in production.
* 3 years demonstrated sales experiences
* Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) skills.
* Valid driver’s license and own car.
* Staying in Surabaya / Sidoarjo or other area in that surroundings

* Capable of preparing & implementing general, inventory and cost accounting system for large scale manufacturing company.
* Capable of managing Finance & Accounting Department and coaching junior accountant and financial staff.
