Requirements:
* Between 30 to 40 years of age
* S1 degree with a major in HR, Psychology, Education, Business/Technical Writing, Communications, Literature, Psychology, or a related subject.
* Have experience as trainers for at least 1 year
* Active, dynamics and must have desire to find all kinds of ways to sell the training course. Target is not high but need to be achieved as a measure of success.
* Must have the ability to write training materials and promote the training courses.
* Excellent one-on-one and group presentation and facilitation skills. Knowledge of adult learning and excellent verbal/written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills and relationship building are a must.
* Solid project and time management skills, computer competence and the ability to use media effectively.
* Ability to prioritize and organize workflow and interact at the entry-level management level.
* An understanding of corporate etiquette and the ability to ask the right questions to understand true business needs is essential.
